Starting in June, Rooftop Bar will be offering new cocktails made with rum.

Enjoy three unique cocktails perfect for a late spring evening on our rooftop: "Emerald Skydiving," a fantastical drink reminiscent of the boundary between sky and sea, a cocktail with a captivating charm amidst its beauty; "Pinata Sunrise," with its impressive garnish reminiscent of a gift box and vibrant colors inspired by the sunrises of Central and South America; and "Amber Apple 12," a well-balanced sour cocktail that combines aged rum with the gentle sweetness and refreshing acidity of apples.
