About accommodation

Regarding stays with children

About baby cribs

Baby cribs are available free of charge.

I have a small child who doesn't need an extra bed.

Children under 12 years old can stay as bed-sharing children.

Number of people and ages for sharing beds

We limit the number of children aged 12 or under to 2-3 per room (depending on room type).

What amenities are available for children?

Toothbrushes and slippers are provided.
Available rental items include pajamas, bed guards, baby baths, diaper trash cans, baby bottle cleaning pods, child step stools, and potty seats.

Can minors stay alone?

Yes, you can. Please download and fill out the "Minors Accommodation Agreement" below and present it at check-in.

Room arrangement and connecting rooms

Can we stay in rooms next to each other?

Yes, you can. However, this may be subject to availability and room type restrictions.

Are there connecting rooms?

Yes, it depends on the room type.

Can I request a higher floor or an ocean view?

It's not a guarantee, but we'll take your request into consideration.

Can I specify a room number?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for specific room numbers.

Check-in and check-out

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.

What are the busiest times for check-in and check-out?

Check-in procedures will be very busy around the closing time of Tokyo Disneyland(R) and Tokyo DisneySea(R).
You can check in at any time, so if you plan to stop by the hotel in advance, we recommend that you check in beforehand. You will be able to enter your room after 3:00 p.m.

The busiest times for check-out are around 12 noon, and there may be a peak in the number of check-out procedures at the time of bus departure.

Can I check in late?

Yes, that is possible. However, since the main entrance will be locked at 1:00am, please contact us in advance if you wish to check in after 1:00am.

Can you tell me about late check-out?

30% of the room rate will be charged if you use the room before 15:00, 50% will be charged if you use the room until 18:00, and 100% of the room rate will be charged if you use the room after 18:00.

Is express check-out available?

Yes, this is possible. We will require your credit card details and a signed document in advance.

About baggage

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can keep it for you.
If you have a lot of luggage when you leave, please let us know from your room and we will assist you.

I would like to go sightseeing at Disney Resort® after I check out. What should I do with my luggage?

We will keep your luggage after you check out, but we do not provide a delivery service to Maihama Station.
We recommend that you use the coin lockers at Disney Resort® or use a delivery service.

I would like to leave my luggage before my stay.

If you are sending your luggage by courier, please write the check-in date and the name of the person who made the reservation on the delivery slip to ensure a smooth process.

Can I send parcels from the hotel? Also, do you have cardboard boxes etc. available?

We accept parcel delivery. We also provide cardboard boxes, covers, shipping labels and packing tape.

Is there a service to send luggage to Haneda?

We accept this service via airport delivery. Please send your luggage at least 2 days before your departure. Please contact the front desk.

Airport delivery or JAL ABC Hotel delivery service is available.
Airport shipping must be sent at least two days before departure. This can be done at the front desk.

Is there a service to send luggage to Narita Airport?

We accept this service via airport delivery. Please send your luggage at least 2 days before your departure. Please contact the front desk.

Is there a service to send luggage to Tokyo Station?

There is a service to deliver to Tokyo Station for a fee.

*As of August 2023, this service is currently suspended.

Barrier-free access and support

Are there wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes, we have one accessible room which has a bathroom entrance that is wider than normal rooms and is equipped with grab bars in various places.

Can I bring a guide dog with me?

Yes, this is possible. Please let us know when you make your reservation.

Room specifications and facilities

Can I request a non-smoking or smoking room?

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited.

Is there internet or Wi-Fi connection in the rooms?

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. However, please let us know in advance if you require a wired internet connection, as only a limited number of rooms have LAN connections.
We also have a LAN cable and a computer (one unit) available for rental.

Are there rooms with separate bathrooms and toilets?

All rooms have separate baths and toilets.

Can I put two beds together?

Yes, it is possible.

Are there extra beds available?

Extra beds are available for 6,000 yen (tax and service charge not included). As numbers are limited, please let us know in advance.

Can I use it for daytime use (daytime use only)?

Even if you use the facility for day use, you will be charged the rate for one night.

What kind of amenities are available?

We provide a skin care set (lotion, emulsion, facial cleanser, makeup remover).
We also provide bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) from Pharmacopia, a natural body care brand from Canada.

Rental equipment and medical care

What kind of equipment is available for rental?

We provide blankets, shoe dryers, humidifiers, air purifiers, pillows for those with feather allergies, mobile phone chargers, hair irons, etc. Please check here for details.

Can I get medicine at the hotel?

We are unable to provide medicines. The nearest pharmacy is Tomod's in the New Coast shopping mall.

Are there doctors and nurses in the hotel?

There are no medical facilities, doctors or nurses within the hotel. We can provide information about hospitals and help with hospital arrangements in case of emergencies.
In case of an emergency, please notify the front desk staff.

I would like to invite people to a meeting during my stay.

Generally, we do not allow anyone other than those staying at the hotel to enter the guest rooms.

If you would like to hold a seminar or meeting at the hotel, please contact our sales department.

Cancellation Policy

From when do cancellation fees apply?

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel from 3pm two days prior to your reservation date.
*Please note that we also have special plans that differ from the ones listed above.

Can I wait for cancellations?

We do not offer waiting lists for cancellations.

Is it okay to bring children?

Yes, that's fine.

Is there a children's menu?

Yes, we have it available.

Are there kids chairs?

We have a variety of kids chairs available depending on the age of your child. As numbers are limited, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance if you wish to use one.

Breakfast info

Where can I have breakfast?

Available at The Garden Brasserie & Bar, the restaurant on the 1st floor lobby.

What time does breakfast start?

Available from 6:30 to 10:00.

When is breakfast time the busiest?

It depends on the weather, but on rainy days it gets busier during later hours, and on sunny days it gets busier during earlier hours.

About food requests

I have allergies, how can you accommodate?

If you let us know in advance, we will prepare meals to accommodate your allergies.

Can you warm up the baby food I brought with me?

We will respond to your request.

Can you provide a cake or a bouquet of flowers?

Both can be prepared if you order at least three days in advance. Please contact the restaurant directly for prices, etc.

Do I need to make a reservation for the restaurant?

There are no restaurants that require advance reservations.
However, we recommend that you make a reservation in advance as you may not be able to enter the restaurant if it is fully booked or reserved for other purposes.
Please also contact us for some menus that require advance reservations.

Can I order food on the day?

You can order.
Some menu items may require advance reservations, so please contact us for more information.

Are there any restaurants with smoking areas?

All seats are non-smoking.

I would like to use the hotel restaurants only. Is parking free?

If you spend 3,000 yen or more, the first 3 hours are free.
After that, it will cost 200 yen for every 30 minutes.

Do they have a dress code?

Please dress casually or smart casually. Please refrain from wearing sandals or slippers.

Are there any restaurants with private rooms?

There are no private rooms.

What kind of food is on the restaurant's menu?

About the bus

Is there a limousine bus from the hotel to the airport?

Limousine buses to Haneda and Narita airports depart from in front of the hotel.
The Narita Airport line requires a reservation, so please inquire at the front desk.

Is there a shuttle bus?

There is a shuttle bus between the hotel and Disney Resort® and Shin-Urayasu Station.

Where can I find an ATM where I can withdraw cash using a credit card?

It is located at the Lawson store inside Comfort Suites, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Unfortunately, our hotel does not sell Tokyo Disney Resort® admission passes.

Are there any convenience stores?

There is no convenience store in the hotel.
The nearest convenience store is located inside the Comfort Hotel, a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Can I smoke inside the building?

A smoking area is available in the 1st floor lobby.

Is it possible to hold year-end parties, New Year parties, thank-you parties, welcome/farewell parties, etc.?
